In subsequent follow-up visits, we will review your PROGRESS, celebrate your SUCCESSES, and REASSESS the root causes of any ongoing issues.
Upon receipt of your application, our office will send you an introductory email containing the service fees, instructions on setting up your patient portal, and all necessary forms required for your initial visit. Most of our services are held via videoconference, phone or secure texts.
